Program Manager (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects within data center operations, focusing on spare parts readiness and logistics. The Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in program management.
• Experience in inventory management, spare parts planning, warehousing, or logistics in data center or technology environments.
• Proficient in analyzing operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) and using enterprise inventory or asset management tools (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Familiarity with data center hardware components and critical facility infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications

• Create comprehensive program charters and detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Define program phasing and key metrics to enhance continuous improvement and resource management.
• Establish governance by defining data collection methods and maintaining project trackers.
• Proactively manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure alignment with product values.
• Develop and implement change management plans, including impact analysis and progress monitoring.
• Certifications in program management or supply chain (e.g., PMP, APICS/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, vendor management, and reverse logistics in a global context.
