Senior Operations & Project Manager (Offshore Wind Industry)

Job summary

An experienced offshore professional is sought to lead scour protection projects in the offshore wind sector. This role involves shaping the delivery of scour protection services and developing offshore installation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, mechanical, or maritime engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in offshore wind projects.
• Strong understanding of offshore project delivery and practical offshore experience.
• Direct experience with scour protection or rock installation is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of scour protection vessels, providing operational input.
• Develop and validate installation methodologies and operational procedures.
• Establish and lead project teams across various management areas.
• Drive successful project execution focusing on HSE, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational expertise for project planning and tendering.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.

Skills

• Strong technical and operational knowledge in offshore projects.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant degree in engineering or equivalent technical field.

Tools

• Familiarity with vessel design, mission equipment, and survey systems.
