Project Manager

Job summary

The Project Manager is tasked with leading and delivering various projects within the organization, ensuring effective scope management, stakeholder alignment, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. This role is integral to the PMO, contributing to the development of project management tools and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing projects, ideally in complex environments such as infrastructure, construction, or sustainability.
• Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong skills in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective meetings to drive project execution.
• Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates on project progress and risks.
• Support project governance activities, including preparation for steering meetings and decision points.
• Contribute to the improvement of PMO tools and practices based on project experiences.

Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
