Product Marketing Manager (Pharmaceuticals, Hybrid, Europe)

Job summary

The role involves coordinating sales activities and product management within the EMEA region to meet sales targets. The Product Marketing Manager will engage with suppliers and internal teams to foster long-term growth and implement effective programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales and/or product management.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Ingredients industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• High decision-making capability balancing supplier needs with company goals.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage diverse workloads.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of international work environments.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage business relationships with suppliers, engaging with management, technical, marketing, and supply teams.
• Assist in executing procurement, supply, sales, marketing, financial, and logistical strategies.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and buying plans.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable to address supplier issues and streamline supply chains.
• Work with marketing on campaigns and product promotions.
• Provide market updates and coordinate training with suppliers for technical and commercial topics.
• Mentor sales teams on pricing, service, procurement, and supply issues.
• Facilitate business growth and communication in the assigned market.
