Job summary

This role focuses on leading the transformation of Marketing & Digital Procurement, taking ownership of critical indirect spend categories. The position involves developing category strategies and managing supplier partnerships to drive value and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or a related commercial role.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives, particularly in Marketing, Digital, or Media sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and a value-driven mindset.
• Experience in building and managing supplier relationships.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
• Capability to navigate complexity in a global matrix organization.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing projects and manage supplier selection and negotiations in Marketing and Digital categories.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers, driving performance and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and best practices through market insights.
• Contribute to the development of the global Procurement organization.
