Job summary

The role involves supporting decision-making in procurement through data analysis, financial insights, and modern tools, including AI. The analyst will translate data into actionable recommendations for category managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, procurement, finance, or a similar analytical role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze spend, savings, contract, and market data to provide prioritized recommendations.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for tracking savings and category performance.
  • Drive the adoption of AI in procurement by identifying use cases and configuring solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance on savings validation, budget follow-up, and variance analysis.
  • Partner with category managers to prepare negotiations and sourcing decisions based on solid analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for executive decision-making.

Skills

  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Understanding of procurement and corporate finance fundamentals.
  • Structured problem-solving and ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
