Job summary

This role involves shaping and enhancing Booking processes within a global logistics organization. The Process Owner will focus on developing and improving business processes related to the Booking-to-Shipment value stream, ensuring clarity and governance of business rules and data attributes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Road freight and logistics operations.
• Background in business processes, operational development, or business analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured process improvements and requirements.
• Experience in facilitating discussions and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset and passion for process development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Booking-related business processes and decision logic.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and resolve operational challenges.
• Gather and document business requirements for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with various teams to support business initiatives.
