Process & Management System Specialist

Job summary

This role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of QHSE systems within the organization, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position is based on-site in Ølgod, Denmark, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and hands-on experience with it.
• Certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
• Proven experience in managing projects from planning to implementation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance management systems.
• Support effective use of management systems and business processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits for ISO standards and FSC requirements.
• Manage development of support functions related to the management system, including training materials and tools.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and standardized processes.
• Facilitate external audits and serve as the main contact for auditors.
• Develop tools and templates to improve system usability.
• Collaborate with QHSE colleagues across the Nordic region on the Canea management system.

Education

• Relevant educational background in quality management or related fields is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with management systems, Power Apps, SharePoint, and ISO standards.
