Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing process management and business change within international teams, specifically in Service Operations. The Process Improvement Professional will work to optimize operational processes and ensure continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role as a Process or Management Consultant in a global context.
• Strong background in process management, particularly within supply chain environments.
• Proficient in change management, LEAN, Kaizen, data analytics, and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Model and document processes at all operational levels according to process excellence guidelines.
• Manage and assess global change requests, providing transparent analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality work instructions are prepared prior to rollouts.
• Continuously optimize the newly established Operating Model.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and liaise with IT.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Service Operations processes and systems to support business and regional teams.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Partners to address daily challenges and receive mentorship.
