  • Familiarity with participatory and co-creative research approaches.
  • Experience in empirical research within healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Background in interdisciplinary team collaboration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead qualitative research to analyze user perspectives and needs regarding CAR-T technology in hospitals.
  • Design and facilitate co-creation activities with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to translate qualitative insights into practical workflow designs and training strategies.
