Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on the molecular imaging of food molecules.
  • Utilize high-resolution microscopy and image analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with external partners on research projects.

Skills

  • Expertise in the preparation and characterization of soft materials and gels.
  • Proficient in Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and AFM-based force spectroscopy.
  • Experience with optical and confocal microscopy.

Education

  • Ph.D. in biophysics and M.Sc. in physics required.
