Qualifications

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role, including internships or student assistant positions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in building reports or dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud data environments, particularly Azure, is advantageous.

• Develop, maintain, and document Power BI dashboards and reports to track platform product performance.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from large operational data sources to support analytical tasks and reporting cycles.
• Assist in designing and executing benefit estimation and validation exercises for platform features.
• Contribute to experiment design and A/B testing by preparing data and documenting findings.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for data analysis within the Azure cloud environment.
• Summarize and visualize analytical findings for stakeholders.
• Participate in backlog refinement and analytics prioritization discussions.
• Adhere to team standards for data quality and analytical methodology.
