Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the internal technology ecosystem for a globally distributed organization through platform engineering and automation. The position involves designing scalable automation solutions and integrating critical SaaS platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in IT Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related fields, with a strong focus on internal platforms and automation.
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with business-critical SaaS platforms, including CRM and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with API-driven integrations and security frameworks like ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of internal platforms and automation workflows.
• Administer and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Develop automation scripts and internal tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for operational improvements.
