Salary and appointment terms

  • Develop strategies and algorithms primarily using Matlab or Python for thermo-mechanical energy storage systems.
  • Implement operational models for various energy storage technologies.
  • Create databases for forecasting and real-time data related to energy usage and pricing.
  • Design optimization algorithms to minimize operational costs while meeting technical constraints.
  • Test and benchmark algorithms through realistic case studies and uncertainty analyses.
  • Participate in outreach activities and public events.
  • Complete a total of 9 months of secondments in Italy and Denmark.
  • Comply with mobility rules of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie program regarding residency.
  • A challenging position in an international research environment with a focus on academic excellence.
  • The position is for 3 years, starting on September 1, 2026, with a minimum salary of DKK 29,691.75 plus allowances, based on seniority.
