Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Vetting/Personnel Security or People Risk Management.
  • Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong governance and risk management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in cross-border operations within complex organizations.
  • Full proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement frameworks for background checks and vetting procedures throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Translate requirements into efficient processes that align with compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with security vendors to ensure adherence to vetting requirements.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive integrated risk management processes.
  • Promote a strong security mindset across the organization.
