About the role

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the final phase of construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality control, and managing the transition from construction to handover. This position requires strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in project management or construction supervision, particularly in the closeout phase.
  • 5 years of experience in Data Centre construction.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Environmental and Building Permits Compliance matrix.
  • Ensure compliance with Danish regulations for the project.
  • Lead project closeout and manage documentation turnover to Operations teams.
  • Create reports and presentations on project progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and lead meetings.
