Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an HR partnering role within a large organization, ideally in a global matrix structure.
  • Strong passion for business partnering and enhancing management experiences for employees.
  • Familiarity with HR annual processes such as performance management, salary reviews, employee engagement, and talent reviews.
  • Experience in change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching.
  • Ability to navigate organizational complexity and adapt to change.
  • Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior People Business Partners to implement global and function-specific People Strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with functional leaders, providing guidance on leadership matters.
  • Work with Regional People Functions to manage day-to-day HR processes and resolve complex issues.
  • Partner with HR professionals across various teams to enhance people processes.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities for leadership.
  • Participate in recruitment processes as needed.

  • Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

Tools

  • Experience with HR technology platforms, specifically Workday.
