Job summary

This role focuses on supporting HR and office operations with an emphasis on administration, data accuracy, and enhancing employee experiences. The position serves as a key contact for employees and managers, facilitating core HR processes and daily operations.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar administrative HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Workday is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
  • Proficient in both Danish and English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll-related administration.
  • Ensure data accuracy, prepare reports, and update dashboards for HR data and reporting.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, internal communications, and social initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR support, assisting managers with scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain HR policies and templates to ensure compliant workflows.
  • Oversee office operations, vendor management, and employee benefits in Vejle and Copenhagen.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive tasks independently and follow up effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
