Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, recruiting operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and find solutions independently.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiting teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines for data accuracy.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
  • Maintain high-quality People data and documentation across internal systems.
  • Support planning and coordination of company offsites, team events, and internal gatherings.
  • Conduct research to support People Operations and recruiting initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps and ensure completion of ongoing operational tasks.
  • Provide general operational support across People initiatives.

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently without close supervision.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.
