About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting integrated HR service delivery within the People & Culture Centre, focusing on project management, performance monitoring, and enhancing client orientation of HR services. The position is temporary for 6 months and is based in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development & Learning, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management, preferably in international contexts.
  • Experience in Project Management, Planning, and Monitoring is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another UN language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of HR projects aligned with the HR strategy.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
  • Identify risks and propose corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Support HR-related change initiatives and monitor their implementation.
  • Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and service delivery.
  • Maintain service standards and ensure timely responses to client needs.

Skills

  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships and think strategically.
  • Client-centric approach to service delivery.

Education

  • Advanced degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Human Resources.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR management systems and project management tools.
