Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, business analytics, consulting, or organizational insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Experience collaborating with HR business partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of workforce-related topics such as talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an analytics partner to various stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Lead people analytics projects, translating complex questions into clear analytical approaches.
  • Move beyond reporting to provide advisory support and decision-making assistance.
  • Develop insight narratives and support executive discussions.
  • Contribute to strategic analytics initiatives and identify meaningful metrics.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance data products.

Skills

  • Strong storytelling ability with data.
  • Proficiency in analytical design and interpretation.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Education

  • Relevant degree in analytics, business, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with SAP DataSphere and Power BI is advantageous.
