This role involves supporting the People & Culture Operations team in a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and structured, with a focus on administrative tasks and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative roles, such as internships or student jobs.
  • Interest in People & Culture and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is advantageous but not required.
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a global setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract handling, including drafting employment contracts and ensuring documentation is ready for employee start dates.
  • Support core administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, updating systems, and preparing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies across operational countries.
  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing timely and solution-oriented support.
  • Coordinate with Employer of Record partners for smooth administrative processes.
  • Maintain documentation and support reporting tasks for reliable data insights.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the P&C Operations Lead on various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Education

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
