Payroll Technical Specialist

Job summary

The Payroll Technical Specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Payroll Services Team by implementing technical development processes within the ERP system and designing reporting solutions using Power BI. This role involves close collaboration with various payroll and HR teams to ensure effective global payroll services.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Enterprise Human Resources and Payroll application support.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Effective communication skills for knowledge sharing within the team and organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements for ERP enhancements.
• Execute application changes including design, development, testing, and signoff.
• Configure payroll elements within the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain ERP reports for operational needs.
• Design and implement Power BI reporting integrated with Oracle Cloud.
• Extract and transform HR and Payroll data into Power BI datasets.
• Build and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Establish secure data pipelines between Oracle HCM/Payroll and Power BI.
• Maintain reporting architecture to meet new business analytics requirements.

Skills

Education

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
