Qualifications

  • Relevant practical experience in payroll implementation.
  • Familiarity with Danish employment law and collective agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret payroll systems and agreements.
  • Proficiency in English for client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new payroll clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in payroll and HR for clients.
  • Conduct needs analysis and draft necessary agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their employees.
  • Drive client cases forward and follow up with stakeholders.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant educational background in HR, payroll, or related fields preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with payroll systems commonly used in Denmark, such as Danløn or Visma; familiarity with Epos is a plus.
