Job summary

This role involves implementing payroll solutions for international clients establishing operations in Denmark. The specialist will manage the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing expert advice on payroll and HR matters.

Qualifications

• Relevant practical experience in payroll implementation.
• Familiarity with Danish employment law and collective agreements.

• Proficiency in English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new payroll clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert in payroll and HR for clients.
• Conduct needs analysis and draft necessary agreements.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their employees.
• Drive client cases forward and follow up with stakeholders.
