Job summary

This role focuses on executing a partner sales strategy within the Nordics region, collaborating with sales and alliance leaders to enhance partner relationships and drive revenue growth. The position requires managing partner sales discussions, aligning with local sales goals, and engaging in strategic planning with partners.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of experience in software, SaaS, or consulting, particularly in selling to large enterprise clients.
  • Significant experience in selling through partner channels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily partner sales activities, including pipeline and deal management.
  • Identify and address pipeline gaps in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Participate in strategic account planning sessions with partners and internal teams.
  • Lead co-selling initiatives at both regional and account levels.
  • Support regional marketing efforts and events in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
