Job summary

The role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and activating new AWS resellers in the Nordic region, driving the expansion of the partner ecosystem. The position involves building strategic growth plans and supporting AWS adoption among partners.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or cloud ecosystem roles, preferably with AWS exposure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud business models and the Nordic reseller landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive execution across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Danish is required, with other Nordic languages being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new AWS-focused resellers aligned with strategic growth goals.
  • Develop tailored plans for partners based on AWS growth frameworks and co-sell readiness.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to track partner progress against KPIs.
  • Guide partners through AWS programs to leverage available benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between AWS, the company, and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support partner enablement and customer engagements.
  • Support marketing activations and co-funded campaigns to enhance partner branding and generate AWS pipeline.
  • Track partner activity in CRM and maintain visibility into pipeline and progression.

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to influence others and contribute to shaping policies and practices.
  • Experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AWS tools, certifications, and program dynamics (e.g., MAP, AWS Partner Network) is beneficial.
