The role involves working as an Ops Analyst within the Ops Data & Analytics team, focusing on building scalable data solutions to enhance decision-making across Operations. The position is based in Denmark and supports one of the bank's largest functions, dealing with complex, high-volume data.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in Data & Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL; familiarity with Python and data modeling is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and structured approach
• Ability to work with complex datasets
• Curiosity and motivation to develop technical skills
• Capability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and structured datasets
• Develop and optimize Power BI reports and semantic models
• Analyze data using SQL and Python to support business decisions
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting
• Ensure data quality, documentation, and consistent KPI definitions
• Enable self-service reporting for stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Collaborate with Operations, Data Management, and IT
