Job summary

This full-time position focuses on middle- and back-office functions within an Operations team, specifically post-trading processes related to private debt, syndicated loans, and fixed income assets. The role involves trade management, cash payments processing, data reconciliation, and compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Relevant operational experience in Asset Management, Financial Institutions, or Banking
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Self-driven team player with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in the settlement of investments
• Manage day-to-day trade and cash operations
• Conduct data reconciliation for investments
• Oversee collateral management
• Assist with compliance checks and Net Asset Value production
• Participate in regulatory implementations
• Support and train new employees
• Engage in ad-hoc projects
