Qualifications

  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Strong passion for the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant education or coursework is advantageous.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating engaging tour itineraries and packages.
  • Coordinate logistics, including accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Maintain regular contact with Tour Leaders during tours to adjust programs as necessary.
  • Prepare and send final travel documents to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Monitor payment conditions and invoice accuracy, reporting any delays.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance understanding of tour operations.

Skills

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

  • Relevant education or coursework in travel and tourism is a plus.
