Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator fluent in Polish to support travel logistics and enhance client experiences in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role involves collaboration with senior team members and requires strong organizational skills to ensure smooth tour operations.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Relevant education or coursework in travel and tourism is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members in creating engaging tour itineraries and packages.
  • Coordinate logistics, including booking accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Maintain regular contact with Tour Leaders during tours to adjust programs as necessary and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and send final travel documents to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Monitor payment conditions and ensure invoices are accurate and timely, reporting any delays.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Engage in on-the-job training to understand tour operations and industry standards.

Skills

  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Education

  • Relevant education or coursework in travel and tourism is a plus.

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
