Qualifications

  • Fluency in Chinese, both spoken and written.

  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Relevant education or coursework is a plus.
  • Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages.
  • Coordinate logistics, including accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Tour Leader during tours for adjustments and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and send final travel documents to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Monitor payment conditions and report any delays.
  • Provide support for other departments as needed.
  • Engage in on-the-job training to understand tour operations.

Skills

  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Education

  • Relevant education or coursework in travel, tourism, or related fields is advantageous.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
