Job summary

The role of Operations Analyst in Partner Markets involves providing operational, coordination, and follow-up support across partner-led markets. This position focuses on maintaining execution discipline and supporting consistent delivery across assigned geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in Business Insights, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in forecasting, business planning, KPI management, and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational relationships with partner organizations and coordinate inputs from various global functions.
• Prepare and follow up on annual partner business planning and reviews, as well as recurring operations meetings.
• Maintain action logs, timelines, and execution trackers related to operational delivery and partner commitments.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory updates by consolidating data and following up on supply-demand risks.
• Track operational KPIs and reporting requirements, including business reviews and performance reports.
• Analyze sales performance and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Contribute to operational and strategic initiatives involving portfolio management and business cases.
• Identify operational risks and propose solutions, escalating critical matters as necessary.
