O&M Concept Expert (Operations & Maintenance)

Job summary

The role involves defining, managing, and continuously enhancing the processes for developing and delivering operational concepts for future global offshore wind farms. This includes guidance for all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities from early development to handover.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education in civil, mechanical, or project management, or a relevant engineering degree with equivalent experience.
• Background in asset operations within utilities or project management of large infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work across multiple projects and regions.
• High integrity, consistent performance, and a proactive, structured working style.
• Interest in operational workflows and technical functionality.
• Willingness to travel within the offshore wind sector.
• Business fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a process landscape for O&M activities from early development to site handover.
• Support the creation of a standard project management approach and assist project teams in its application.
• Act as a subject matter expert for O&M development and implementation tasks, ensuring efficient integration into new offshore projects.
• Prepare O&M documents and align them with stakeholders, maintaining a database of required documents until handover.
• Facilitate workshops to identify best practices in processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization.
• Support Concept and Implementation Managers during project setup and provide regular updates.
• Educate and upskill internal colleagues on O&M processes used during project development up to Commercial Operations Date.
