NRM Associate (Nordics)

Job summary

This role supports the commercial organization by enhancing Revenue Management (NRM) practices across the Nordic region. As part of the Commercial Excellence function, the position involves analysis, reporting, and business case preparation related to pricing, promotions, and trade investments across four Nordic countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills for collaborative work in matrix teams
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Commercial, Category, Finance, or related fields
• Good commercial understanding with a desire to enhance NRM capabilities
• Growth mindset, curiosity, resilience, and eagerness to learn
• Experience working in hybrid/matrix teams
• Proficient in data handling with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support NRM reporting, tracking, and analysis across five pillars: pricing, pack price architecture, mix, promotions, and trade investment.
• Conduct pricing analysis, monitor local price positioning, and track competitive dynamics.
• Assist in developing price pack architecture aligned with brand strategy.
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and prepare materials for Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities for profitable SKU management and support SKU rationalization processes.
• Report on trade investment management and identify inefficiencies through data analysis.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure analysis from questions.
• Interest in NRM, pricing, promotions, and commercial growth topics.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
