Job summary

This senior leadership position focuses on developing and executing the regional evidence strategy across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring therapies reach patients effectively. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for real-world evidence, health data analytics, and digital innovation, with a strong emphasis on translating complex data into actionable insights for clinical practice and payer decisions.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, natural sciences, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), analytics, or evidence strategy execution within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with RWD analysis and knowledge of data structures for secondary data sources.
  • Strong grounding in biostatistics and pharmacoepidemiology methods, with familiarity in regulatory and health technology assessment (HTA) expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Nordic evidence strategy aligned with medical, access, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead the design and oversight of pharmacoepidemiology and observational research programs to demonstrate value and ensure reimbursement success.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Evidence & Health Data organization, focusing on talent acquisition, coaching, and data literacy.
  • Champion advanced analytics and responsible AI to enhance evidence planning and operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with secondary data providers and oversee contracts and budgets to maximize value.

  • Strong business acumen and external focus, with experience in driving organizational transformation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to real-world evidence and health data analytics.
