Qualifications

  • Academic degree in a relevant field
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry
  • Experience in writing and winning public tenders in the EdTech market
  • Proven track record in consultative selling of complex solutions
  • Proficient in English and a Scandinavian language (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish)
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in target markets
  • Define and implement sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of the sales pipeline in CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions
  • Conduct meetings and deliver presentations and product demonstrations
  • Produce and submit tender proposals in collaboration with the tender team
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and monitor KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and share market insights with product teams
