About the role

Job summary

The role involves supporting the global Last Mile Supply Monitoring (LMSM) initiative, focusing on ensuring country office (CO) adoption and institutionalization of the solution. The position is under the supervision of the Monitoring Specialist within the In-country Visibility Unit.

Qualifications

  • A first level university degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or related fields. A relevant Master’s degree is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management, project management, and training material development.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the LMSM team, contributing ideas and identifying challenges to support project delivery.
  • Facilitate CO engagement from initial contact through to LMSM adoption, including preparing concept notes and identifying key variables.
  • Compile user feedback to inform platform and material enhancements.
  • Improve training approaches and develop training materials, maintaining a platform for guidance sharing.
  • Support the delivery of Training of Trainers, ensuring readiness and assisting COs in training Implementing Partners.
  • Gather learnings from countries using LMSM to inform global scaling efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Language Requirements

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, numeric, and oral).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is desirable.
