Microsoft AI Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the design, development, integration, and implementation of AI agent solutions across EMEA for partners, internal teams, and end customers. The engineer will translate customer needs into practical solutions and contribute to proof of concepts while guiding stakeholders on the effective use of Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience in developing quick prototypes and using 'vibe coding' approaches.
• Familiarity with AI agent development and integration.
• Customer-facing experience preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and customers in developing and integrating AI agents.
• Create proof of concepts and demos to showcase AI agent capabilities.
• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and define implementation strategies.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft technologies related to AI agents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support AI-related opportunities.
• Share knowledge and best practices on emerging AI topics.
• Maintain awareness of developments in Microsoft AI technologies and security considerations.
