Responsibilities

  • Own selected marketing initiatives from planning to delivery.
  • Develop clear timelines, define deliverables, and ensure team alignment.
  • Maintain project momentum, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand Communications, Digital, and Activation teams.
  • Provide structure and clarity to ongoing projects.
  • Define key milestones, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Identify and proactively address risks and bottlenecks.
  • Support coordination of ambassador initiatives and product activations.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives across various markets and channels.
  • Track budgets and resource allocation for projects.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or project management.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software.
