Marine Sales Manager (Nordics & UK)

Job summary

This role focuses on managing and growing the low-voltage portfolio for marine customers in the Nordic countries and the UK, providing efficient and application-specific solutions. The position involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to identify technical and commercial solutions from proposal to after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marine, shipbuilding, offshore, industrial technology, or related B2B sales.
• Strong track record in strategic account management and complex solution selling.
• Good understanding of low-voltage motors, drives, and related electrical equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Nordic language skills and established marine-industry network are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and capture plans for strategic marine customers.
• Identify new business opportunities for low-voltage motors, drives, and lifecycle services.
• Build strong relationships with shipyards, shipowners, OEMs, system integrators, and distributors.
• Analyze market trends, customer investment plans, and competitive activity.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue reporting.
• Coordinate the commercial delivery of customer projects.
• Promote after-sales services and lifecycle solutions.
• Share customer insights with sales, marketing, and management teams.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
