Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications, advanced IP Networking, or tactical systems integration.
• Over 3 years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Operations.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and operational sales scenarios.
• High engagement and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with technical equipment and troubleshooting.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the Sales Onboarding & Enablement Program, ensuring new hires are prepared for customer interactions.
• Lead training sessions on technical topics, maintaining the sales team's technical excellence.
• Develop a calendar for ongoing training to keep the team updated on new features and technologies.
• Create training materials and maintain a Master Training Library tailored to specific needs.
• Implement a feedback loop and skill-level tracking system to identify and address technical gaps.
• Coordinate logistics for global training programs, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct field evaluations to ensure knowledge translates to practical success.
