Loss Prevention Supervisor (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves overseeing loss prevention, stock management, and safety initiatives at a retail location in Copenhagen. The supervisor will ensure compliance with safety policies and manage daily tasks related to facility maintenance and health and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or in retail
• Basic security guard training or risk management programs preferred
• Completion of security management programs is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, manage evacuations, and provide first aid
• Operate store systems including CCTV and tills
• Train staff on loss prevention and safety policies
• Address maintenance issues as needed
• Support stock control and management
• Participate in special projects and events as assigned

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Initiative in problem-solving
• High standards of personal presentation and conduct

Education

• Relevant experience or training in loss prevention or retail management

Tools

• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
