Job summary

This role focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support, ensuring compliance and enhancing client experiences in a global context. The Lifecycle Specialist will be integral in navigating complex HR matters and contributing to process improvements within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, particularly in employee relations and offboarding processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance in various international jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee exits, prioritizing a positive offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and negotiations.
  • Draft and manage termination documents while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing of offboarding activities.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for offboarding queries and resources.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate responses.
  • Monitor employee relations cases and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
