The Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, ensuring legal compliance and enhancing the employee experience. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and requires collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance and HR support across different jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for process innovation and automation, with a focus on best practices.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work asynchronously and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
  • Interest in AI and its applications in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance, advising on employment law changes and managing employee lifecycle matters.
  • Act as a case manager for employee leave and working hours, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance on legal interpretations related to employment agreements and labor law.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support HR and financial audits to ensure adherence to local employment regulations.
  • Develop and update internal documentation related to Time & Attendance based on legislative changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.

Skills

  • Strong background in HR compliance and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in documentation and data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
