Job summary

This role focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support in a global context, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer service experiences. The Lifecycle Specialist will be integral in navigating complex offboarding processes and guiding clients through HR matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, particularly in employee relations and offboarding processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee exits, ensuring a positive offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate meetings regarding workforce reductions and terminations, ensuring stakeholder interests are balanced.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and manage termination documents with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS platform, collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on offboarding queries and resources.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and monitor employee relations cases.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • HRIS platforms, communication tools, and project management software.
