Job summary

The Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, ensuring legal compliance and an exceptional employee experience. This role emphasizes efficiency and accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance and HR support across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about process innovation and automation, with a focus on best practices.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously using various tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
  • Interest in AI and its applications in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance, advising on employment law changes and managing lifecycle leave and working hours matters.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities, including payroll and legal counsel.
  • Assist in managing initiatives impacting employees across multiple countries and support HR audits for compliance.
  • Develop and update internal documentation related to Time & Attendance based on legislative changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.
  • Promote company values internally and externally, contributing to team success.

Skills

  • Strong HR knowledge, particularly in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-suite.
