  • Experience in designing and optimizing email campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Understanding of key growth metrics such as activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging content.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with high ownership.
  • Bonus: experience in e-commerce, digital education, or community-driven platforms.
