License Owner (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves launching and managing a local operation focused on making football more accessible in Copenhagen. The License Owner will have the opportunity to build and operate a community-driven initiative while promoting the sport.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand the brand presence in Copenhagen.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a small local team (2–3 members) with support from Official Hosts.
• Identify and secure appropriate football venues and regular playing opportunities.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth through both digital and local initiatives.
• Manage game operations to ensure an exceptional experience for players.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters, leveraging established operational and technological support.
