Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering learning and talent development initiatives in a global, matrix organization.
• Expertise in learning design, including needs analysis and solution development across various formats.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead programs effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience with digital and AI-enabled tools in learning and talent development.
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
