Job summary

The Learning and Talent Consultant will play a crucial role in the learning operating model, collaborating with global experts and business areas to identify capability needs and develop effective learning and talent solutions. This position is part of the Talent Experience Centre of Excellence, focusing on integrated talent management and career growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering learning and talent development initiatives within a global, matrix organization.
• Expertise in learning design, including needs analysis and solution development across various formats.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to identify capability needs and shape learning solutions.
• Translate workforce priorities into scalable development initiatives that enhance business performance.
• Lead the design and delivery of learning and talent programs, ensuring quality and measurable impact.

• Continuously improve learning offerings based on stakeholder insights and external trends.
