About the role

Job summary

An experienced Lead Scheduler is sought for a site-based role focused on large-scale construction projects, particularly in sectors such as Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Chemical.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, especially with complex construction projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience in integrating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform.
  • Strong managerial and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of English and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the on-site scheduling team and review internal and contractor schedules.
  • Analyze time impacts, scope changes, and delays to identify risks early.
  • Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Develop tender and contractual requirements related to schedule accuracy and milestone achievement.
  • Integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule.
  • Assess contractor extension of time claims and prepare defense reports.
  • Work on site logistics planning and propose detailed schedules for critical tasks.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to assess critical paths and constraints.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with project teams.
  • Tenacity and drive to create solutions and add value.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.

Tools

  • Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM) tools.
